This little piece is a loose painted sketch. I wanted you to feel the calm a serene place can bring to mind. A meditation piece.

Anticipation *SOLD

This fern started out as a graphite sketch. I contemplated leaving it a sketch - liking the black and white effect. Spring-time urged me to add color. The original fern inspiration was a burnt orange color. For this piece I decided to use red and yellow variations.

The final piece is professionally framed and matted using conservation glass. Anticipation is a brushed acrylic ink painting on 140 lb. cold press paper. Painted area is 7.5" x 10". Summer Tempo *SOLD
