Embrace the Day _ is the latest in my Walker, Minnesota painting series. I had this vision, on a warm, blue sky, no wind day, late last summer. Part of the joy of living in this area is the anticipation of getting out on the water. When your days work is done and you find a little space to get outside and feel the water, sun and hear the birds call - something in you calms, balances and resets. This piece is about the moment you find your space.
Embrace the Day is a brushed acrylic ink painting on 140 lb. hot press paper. It is professionally framed with conservation glass. Painted area is 18" square. Overall framed painting size is 28" square. The original is available for sale at Peculiar Painter | 218-547-3729
